 We are seeking a Trust Executive Administrator to join our central team and play a key role in supporting our growth and impact. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly organised professional to work closely with our Chief Executive Officer and senior leaders, helping us to deliver our vision across all our schools.

In this pivotal role you will:

· Provide proactive, high-quality executive support to the CEO and senior team

· Coordinate the Trust’s governance and compliance, including Board and committee papers, minute-taking and maintaining key registers

· Lead and support central communications, including staff updates, newsletters and website content

· Support Trust-wide projects and support the onboarding of new schools

· Contribute to a positive, relational culture and model our values in all you do

You will be a key point of contact for trustees, governors, headteachers, central staff and external partners, helping to ensure that our systems, communication and governance are strong and effective.

 About You

We are looking for a colleague who:

· Has significant experience in senior administrative or executive support roles

· Is highly organised, calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities

· Communicates clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person

· Understands (or willing to learn about) governance in Multi-Academy Trusts

· Is confident using Microsoft 365 and modern collaborative tools

· Shares our commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and equality

· Is willing to actively support the Christian character and values of the Trust
